About us:
SCS's tiny main shelter, along with our foster homes, offer a loving, calm, temporary haven for homeless cats in need.

Our sanctuary is run by a dedicated board of directors, and volunteers, who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives
of cats.
Our team members have years of experience volunteering at cat shelters, so we not only bring that experience to SCS, but also understand how important it is to continuously educate ourselves on the latest, progressive solutions to ensure our cats are well taken care of.
In 2024, SCS was awarded the PetFinder Foundation Cat Enrichment Grant, which allowed us to expand with a 10'x10' CATIO for our kitties!

Our cats and kittens now have a secure, safe place to enjoy the outdoors without the worry of predators or BEING a predator to our wildlife friends.
